Scientific Abstract Submission Guidelines
Abstracts must be submitted online using minimal text formatting (e.g., tables, etc.) A template has been provided as a guide for programmatic abstract development.
Submitted abstracts should not exceed 400 words, be a maximum 1 page, use 1.5 spacing, use Times New Roman 12-point font with 1-inch margins (all around), and must include:
- Title of abstract
- Author name(s), degree(s), and affiliation(s) (The first author listed for each abstract serves as the presenting author and as the primary contact for all correspondence regarding the abstract and should provide email address.)
- Target population and cancer site
- Introduction/Background including hypothesis/objectives
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusions
- Future directions (opportunities and challenges)
- Funding support
