Travel/Hotel

Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to the Summit. When making travel plans, attendees should allow adequate time to accommodate the heavy rush-hour traffic in the Washington, DC, area.

Registrants should make their own hotel reservations at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel and Conference Center by the cutoff date of June 17, 2005, at 1 800 228 9290 or 301 882 9200, under the block of rooms reserved for the NCI CHD Summit 05. If you choose to register on the hotel's Web site, please use group code crccrca. In order to receive the Government rate of $153 plus 12% tax per room, per night, you must register by the June 17 deadline. A block of rooms has been reserved for the evenings of Sunday, July 17, through Tuesday, July 19. A smaller number of rooms are also available for the evening of Wednesday, July 20.

Travel, lodging, and per diem expenses will be provided by each CN for its selected participants. Light refreshments only will be provided during the meeting. Participants will be responsible for obtaining their own meals during scheduled breaks.
