Crystal Wolfrey

Crystal Wolfrey, Team Leader, Grants Administration Branch, joined the NCI in January 1987. She served as a Grants Management Specialist in NCI for 13 years and as the Team Leader for the DCCPS Team for 4 years. Ms. Wolfrey received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland.
