Le'Angela Ingram, M.S.

For almost two decades Ms. Ingram has successfully designed, integrated, and managed effective human resources, organization development, and operational functions of organizations. Her expertise serves to strategically grow the given company, protect its interests, and coach the guiding members in key development and human resource management areas to position the corporation for its desired target markets. Work efforts have been aimed at improved organization effectiveness, staff skills and employee commitment, and increased employee sensitivity to individual and cultural differences, as well as reduction in cycle time and cost and increased effectiveness and efficiency of workflow.

Ms. Ingram received her master's degree in Organization and Human Resource Development from The Johns Hopkins University; fellowship certificates in Change Management and Graduate Leadership from Johns Hopkins, and a bachelor's in Business Administration.
