Linda Civallero, M.P.H., C.H.E.S., is the Partnership Program Manager for the National Cancer Institute's Cancer Information Service, South Central Region. For over 6 years, she has delivered cancer education programs focused on minority and medically underserved populations in Oklahoma and Texas. Currently, she serves on the Redes en Acción South Central Steering Committee, Texas Latinos in a Network for Cancer Control Core Committee, and the board of the Houston Hispanic Health Coalition. She received her master's degree in public health, with a focus on health education and health promotion, from the University of Texas-Houston Health Science Center School of Public Health.
