Poster Session
Please reserve the number of extra display boards you need for Project Posters as soon as possible, but no later than JUNE 18, as there are a limited number and they will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Reserve your display boards by email to Allyson Harkey at . PLEASE NOTE that each SPN will automatically have one display board reserved for its Introductory Program Poster.
Guidelines for posters are as follows:
SPNs are required to prepare Introductory Program Posters and Poster Summaries.
One 4' x 8' Poster display board will be available for each SPN for Introductory Program Posters.
Introductory Program Posters should include:
Title with Author(s) and Affiliation(s)
Abstract/Background Information or Rationale
Methods/Approach
Results and Discussion
Conclusions
SPNs have the option to prepare Project Posters outlining the progress/status of Pilot Projects in Rounds 1, 2, and 3 of funding. Please contact your Pilot Project PIs to see who wants to prepare Project Posters.
Two Pilot Projects may be combined on one 4' x 8' display board.
Poster Summaries should be on one 8.5"x11" paper and should include:
Contact information for the SPN
A short summary of the poster presentation(s)
Please bring 50 copies of the Poster Summary.
Participants may bring posters with them to the Summit or they may be sent to the hotel in advance of arrival following these shipping instructions.
Bring your posters to the Grand Ballroom between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on July 18 for set up.
