Crystal Wolfrey, Team Leader, Grants Administration Branch (GAB), joined the National Cancer Institute (NCI) in January 1987. She has served as a Grants Management Specialist in the NCI for 16 years. She is currently the Team Leader for the Division of Cancer Control and Population Sciences (DCCPS) Team in the GAB. Ms. Wolfrey received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland.
