Please reserve the number of extra display boards you need for Project Posters as soon as possible, but no later than JUNE 20, as there are a limited number and they will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Guidelines for posters are as follows:
- SPNs are required to prepare Introductory Program Posters.
- One 4' x 8' Poster display board will be available for each SPN for Introductory Program Posters.
- Introductory Program Posters should include:
- Title with Author(s) and Affiliation(s).
- Abstract/Background Information or Rationale.
- Methods/Approach.
- Results and Discussion.
- Conclusions.
- SPNs have the option to prepare Project Posters outlining the progress/status of Pilot Projects in Rounds 1, 2, and 3 of funding. Please contact your Pilot Project PIs to see who wants to prepare Project Posters.
- Two Pilot Projects may be combined on one 4' x 8' display board.
- Participants may bring posters with them to the Summit. To send posters to the hotel in advance of your arrival:
